Chattanooga needs return of Union Gospel Mission to city center

The homelessness of Union Gospel Mission has put its headquarters at the base of Signal Mountain, away from the city hub where many homeless men gravitate; Lord willing, it can find fresh space in the thickest traffic, to render better service to God and man.
